What do you need to know before you book

For reservations booked less than 24 hours in advance it is necessary to call (+502) 49119723
Minimum age to ride: 2 years
Child prices apply to children ages 8 to 11. Any child age 12 years and older is considered an adult
Driver must be 16 years old with driver’s license
For safety reasons expecting mothers, persons with back or neck, heart, balance or/and dizziness conditions restricted
Cameras of all types, including GoPro and hands-free cameras are allowed
You cannot driver under the influence of liquor.
The guides have all the power, right and obligation during the tour to revoke the tourist from continuing to drive the vehicle or cancel the tour if they do not follow instructions.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELATION POLICIES

Cancellations are non-refundable without any reason
Cancellations before 48 hours can be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations before 24 hours can be rescheduled based on availability with a $50 surcharge.
Cancellations after 24 hours, the right to reschedule is lost.

PUNTUALITY

It is mandatory to be 15 minutes before the stipulated time to be able to fill out the paperwork, receive instructions from our motorcycles.
Please note that If you arrive after the tour departure time, the right to refund and reschedule will be lost.

TOUR GUIDES

Tourist guides have all the power, right and obligation to revoke the tourist’s power to continue driving the vehicle at any time.
You must follow the instructions of the guide at all times on the tour.
He is in his due diligence to cancel the tour at any given moment during the tour if the safety of the clients is at risk. No refunds will be issued if this came to happen.

					I booked a trip Monday afternoon for Tuesday morning. I received confirmation and E Ticket.
I went to designated rendezvous point but no one showed up!
I tried calling but no one answered.
A nice parking lot attendant saw me and asked what I was doing. I explained it to him and he called a lady. On his phone she told me no one is coming!!!! I was shocked.
If it wasn’t for the nice man I would still be waiting. There are many tour companies in Antigua. Stay away from this one!
